The role requires a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, with 7–8 years in workshop operations, preferably involving trucks; prior truck dealership experience is a plus. Strong leadership and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with a truck dealership is an advantage.
• Knowledge of truck maintenance, repair procedures, and workshop operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, troubleshooting and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations, maintenance activities, and technician workloads.
• Plan and coordinate truck maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing and minimise downtime.
• Monitor repair efficiency and ensure work is completed within the agreed timeframes.
• Troubleshoot truck-related technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Manage technicians and allocate daily tasks based on operational priorities.
• Ensure workshop activities comply with safety procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding repair progress and service requirements.
• Monitor workshop productivity and ensure the effective use of tools, equipment, and resources.
