Dr Scent in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Treasury Officer to manage daily treasury operations, monitor cash and bank balances, and process banking transactions. You will perform bank reconciliations, allocate customer payments, and maintain complete treasury documentation for audit readiness.

The role supports the Finance Department by ensuring liquidity control, timely reporting, and coordination with internal teams and banking partners. Strong accuracy and process discipline are essential.

Formación

• Candidates should have hands-on treasury experience and strong cash management skills.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, cash allocations, and payments is required.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting processes is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily cash and bank balances and prepare related reports.
• Verify customer payments and allocate to invoices in ERP.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Process approved bank transfers with proper documentation.
• Manage cash and cheque movements, ensuring accurate records.
• Prepare cash payment and AP/AR cheque registers and reports.
• Support month-end closing with treasury schedules and reconciliations.
• Maintain treasury documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement and banking partners as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal controls in treasury.
