Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in cash operations, banking, or finance operations.
• Demonstrated experience in payment processing and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with banking or finance systems.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily cash transactions, including payments, transfers, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate posting of entries.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and routine financial reporting.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all cash operations records and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and external banks to promptly resolve operational issues.
• Support continuous process improvements and automation initiatives within the cash operations function.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
