Job summary

Dr Scent is seeking a meticulous Treasury Officer to manage daily treasury operations in our Sharjah office. You will monitor cash and bank balances, process payments, and ensure accurate recording of all treasury movements while maintaining strong cash controls.

You will coordinate with the Finance team to reconcile bank statements, allocate customer payments, and prepare daily treasury reports for timely management review. Prior treasury experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury operations and cash management.
• Ability to reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash and bank balances and report variances.
• Verify and allocate customer payments; close invoices upon receipt.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve differences.
• Process approved bank transfers with proper documentation.
• Maintain cash control and reconcile cash movements.
• Record cash payments and prepare payment reports.
• Manage supplier and customer cheque registers and deposits.
• Prepare treasury reports and support month-end closing.
• Support finance with treasury-related tasks and internal controls.
