Job summary

Confidential invites an experienced Senior Treasury Accountant to join its finance team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on cash management, banking operations, and UAE trade finance, including LC, TR loans, and documentary collections.

You will oversee treasury activities, manage banking relationships, monitor cash flow, and prepare monthly treasury KPI reports while supervising junior staff. A strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of treasury or banking experience with UAE trade finance exposure.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; CMA/CTP/ACCA preferred.
• Strong cash management and treasury operations knowledge; bank reconciliations and LC/TR exposure.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash position reports and monitor cash flow.
• Manage banking facilities including Letters of Credit, TR loans, overdrafts and bank guarantees.
• Process import LCs, documentary collections and TR loan settlements with banks.
• Evaluate bank pricing, service charges and financing terms for competitive arrangements.
• Handle bank KYC, compliance requests and account opening/ renewal documents.
• Prepare monthly treasury KPI reports and supervise junior Treasury Accountant.
