Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement.
At least 8 years of experience in banking sales.
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Banking product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Manage all ADCB treasury sales desk across investment and risk management solutions.
Lead Treasury Structured Solutions team, including structuring, execution, and account management.
Develop and implement treasury product sales strategies to maximize profitability while managing risk.
Update SOPs for treasury sales and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Contribute to development and structuring of treasury products with client input.
Deliver against financial, product, customer and risk targets; review performance and adjust actions.
Negotiate trade prices with traders to drive market-competitive pricing and profitability.
