Job summary
Shuraa Management And Consultancy LLC is seeking a dynamic Travel Consultant Ticketing Sales in Dubai to curate domestic and international travel packages and manage end-to-end ticketing solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in travel, IATA certification, and hands-on Amadeus/Galileo GDS experience, with strong English communication and sales abilities to drive customer satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in travel and tourism.
- IATA Certification is mandatory.
- Hands-on Amadeus and Galileo GDS experience for airline reservations and ticketing.
- Fluent English; Telugu preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and curate domestic and international tour packages based on customer requirements.
- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and itinerary management.
- Promote and sell travel packages, flights and related services to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Prepare quotations, travel itineraries and travel documentation.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting travel products and identifying new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline policies and industry regulations.
