Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is recruiting an Indoor Sales Agent – Travel & Tourism in Dubai to drive holiday package sales and travel bookings. You will handle inquiries, upsell packages, and coordinate with partners to convert leads into confirmed trips.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in travel sales, excellent English communication, and strong customer service skills. Arabic speakers are preferred; GDS familiarity is a plus and commissions complement base pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in travel, tourism or related hospitality sector.
• Strong sales and customer service and ability to convert inquiries into bookings; meet monthly targets.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages advantageous; knowledge of travel products and bookings; familiarity with GDS/reservation systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and actively promote and sell holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and other travel-related services.
• Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend suitable packages, destinations, and services while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and inquiries, and convert prospective customers into confirmed bookings while achieving assigned sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, provide excellent pre- and post-sales support, and coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth bookings.
