Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in aviation, logistics, or hospitality is required.
• 2–5 years of travel/operations experience preferred.
• Arabic language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review staff travel requests and produce accurate quotations and options in line with policy and budget.
• Process bookings, amendments, and ticketing for approved travel with accurate traveler records.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and partners to confirm arrangements and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor fares and rules to recommend best options balancing cost and service quality.
• Respond to inquiries about quotations, booking status, and travel entitlements with clear explanations.
• Maintain travel data and prepare periodic reports on volumes, exceptions, and trends.
