Hexagon Atlas Tourism LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a travel-ticketing professional to manage airline bookings using Amadeus and other GDS platforms, ensuring accuracy and high-quality customer service.

The role requires completion of a recognized airline-ticketing course, 2–4 years of related experience, and the ability to work full-time from the UAE office. Knowledge of fares, issuances, and refunds is essential.

Formación

• Mandatory: Completion of a recognized airline-ticketing course that meets applicable training requirements.
• Preferred: Two to four years of airline-ticketing, reservations or travel-consultancy experience.
• Preferred: Practical experience with Amadeus GDS; Sabre, Travelport or other GDS platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of airline fares, ticket issuance, reissuance, exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work full-time from the company's UAE office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, changes, cancellations and refunds per airline rules and procedures.
• Use Amadeus and other GDS to manage bookings and reservations.
• Assist customers with itinerary changes, fare information and travel-related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate booking records and coordinate with airlines and travel partners.
• Follow ticketing procedures and maintain a high standard of accuracy and customer service.
