Job summary

Black & Grey HR recruits a Transport Operations Executive for a UAE-based construction equipment rental company. You will manage truck/trailer operations, source transport jobs, coordinate fleet movements and oversee port access procedures to maximise fleet utilization.

The role requires UAE experience in transport/logistics, knowledge of trucks and transportation operations, and the ability to secure regular trips. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Diploma in logistics-related field is preferred.
• Experience in UAE transport, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Knowledge of trucks, trailers, and transportation operations.
• Experience with port tokens, gate passes, and port procedures is a plus.
• Strong industry network and ability to source trips independently.
• Familiarity with transport management software and Zoho Books.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Source daily trips and loads through transport companies, freight forwarders and ports.
• Manage port tokens, gate passes and vehicle access through UAE port portals.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation, drivers, loading, and daily schedules.
• Maximise fleet utilisation and reduce idle time with regular trips.
• Liaise with clients, drivers and transport partners for smooth operations.
• Manage transport CRM software, trip records, expenses and invoicing.
• Handle RTA, Dubai Police, Salik, Masar and free-zone portals.

The role will be responsible for managing truck and trailer operations, sourcing transportation jobs, coordinating fleet movements, handling port access procedures, and ensuring maximum fleet utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Source daily trips and loads through transport companies, shipping companies, freight forwarders, and ports.
• Manage port tokens, gate passes, and vehicle access through DP World and other UAE port portals.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation, drivers, loading, deliveries, and daily schedules.
• Maximise fleet utilisation and minimise vehicle idle time by securing regular trips.
• Liaise with clients, drivers, and transport partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage transport CRM software, trip records, expenses, and invoicing.
• Handle RTA, Dubai Police, Salik, Masar, and relevant free-zone portals.

Requirements
