Job summary

PER is recruiting a Transformation Specialist to modernise the Group Audit & Assurance (GA&A) operations. You will redesign processes, embed automation, and elevate data-driven decision making across the function, working with senior stakeholders to deliver impact.

The role focuses on enhancing budgeting/forecasting, dashboards, and reporting while reducing manual effort and improving efficiency, with emphasis on AI, analytics, and sustainable data governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in process redesign, automation, or business transformation, ideally within audit or finance.
• Experience in investment management is advantageous.
• Strong analytical capabilities in financial analysis and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign and automation of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance processes.
• Design dashboards and reporting solutions to improve insight and decision making.
• Identify and deliver process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
• Support development and optimization of the Audit Management System.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, and analytics initiatives across GA&A.
• Collaborate with audit, finance and technology stakeholders to embed data governance.
