Job summary

PER, a global investment organisation, seeks a Finance Transformation Specialist to drive data-driven, automation-enabled GA&A operations. You will redesign processes, embed AI and analytics, and work with senior stakeholders to improve decision-making across finance and audits.

The role emphasizes automation of budgeting/forecasting, dashboard design, and scalable, well-controlled solutions with exposure to audit systems and GRC platforms.

Qualifications

Proven experience in process redesign, automation, or business transformation in finance or audit.
Strong analytical skills with financial analysis and reporting experience.
Experience designing dashboards with BI tools and translating requirements into scalable solutions.
Exposure to audit systems or GRC platforms is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder communication to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead automation of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
Design and implement dashboards and reporting solutions.
Identify and deliver process improvements to reduce manual effort.
Support the development and optimization of the Audit Management System.
Drive adoption of AI, automation, and analytics initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders across audit, finance, and technology to embed data governance.
