Job summary

Client of PER, a global leading investment organisation, seeks a Transformation Specialist to drive the GA&A function toward a data-driven, automation-led future from its Abu Dhabi base. You will lead budgeting and forecasting enhancements and design dashboards to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in process redesign, automation or business transformation, ideally within audit or finance.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in financial analysis, performance reporting or MI.
• Experience developing dashboards or working with BI and reporting tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical scalable and well-controlled solutions.
• Exposure to audit systems or GRC platforms.
• Strong communication skills to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Lean Six Sigma qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading the enhancement and automation of budgeting, forecasting and financial performance.
• Designing and implementing dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Identifying and delivering process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
• Supporting the development and optimisation of the Audit Management System.
• Driving the adoption of AI, automation and analytics initiatives.
• Partnering with stakeholders across audit, finance and technology to embed sustainable data governance and reporting practices.
• Contributing to broader strategic initiatives.
