Job summary

PER is recruiting a Transformation Specialist to lead modernization of GA&A operations in a data-driven, technology-enabled environment. You will redesign processes, embed automation, and develop dashboards to empower senior stakeholders with insights.

The role focuses on budgeting/forecasting automation, performance reporting, and implementing scalable, well-governed analytics across audit and finance. Collaboration across audit, finance and technology is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in process redesign, automation, or business transformation, ideally within audit or finance.
• Experience developing dashboards or working with BI and reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives to modernise GA&A operations.
• Design and implement dashboards and reporting solutions to drive data-driven decisions.
• Embed automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency across the function.
• Support development and optimisation of Audit Management System.
