Job summary

Halian Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex business process re-engineering initiatives for a leading financial services client in Abu Dhabi. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment across multiple functions in a highly regulated environment.

The role requires strong expertise in PM methodologies, BPR, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and the ability to realize benefits through transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs.
• Knowledge of BPR, Agile Delivery, Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience with cross-functional governance and regulatory initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop future-state operating models and implementation plans.
• Lead end-to-end project management within scope, time, budget.
• Apply PM methodologies, including Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and BPR.
• Drive large-scale transformation across business units.
• Prepare reports, business cases, and stakeholder updates.
• Define and monitor project KPIs and benefits realization.
• Engage senior stakeholders for alignment and governance.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
