Halian is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic transformation and process improvement initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale transformation, regulatory, or process-improvement programmes.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, BPR, Agile Delivery, Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Develop future-state operating models, value stream maps, implementation plans, documentation, timelines and milestones.
• Lead end-to-end project management to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Apply PM methodologies including Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and BPR.
• Drive large-scale transformation across multiple units.
• Produce reports, business cases, proposals and stakeholder updates.
• Define and monitor project KPIs to measure programme success.
