Job summary

Tandem Interim in the United Arab Emirates seeks two hands-on Transformation & Change Consultants to support a public-sector transformation as it activates a new operating model.

You will cover PMO/governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, workshops, readiness and training, with delivery across multiple workstreams in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in transformation/change projects.
• Experience in transformation, change management, PMO or programme delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Hands-on delivery across multiple workstreams in complex programmes.
• Experience in change communications, training/L&D or adoption is beneficial.
• PMO/governance experience is beneficial; public-sector exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of the transformation and change programme.
• Prepare PMO/governance materials, status updates and reporting packs.
• Maintain risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
• Support governance meetings and programme coordination.
• Support stakeholder engagement and alignment activities.
• Develop change communications and stakeholder messaging.
• Assist workshop design, preparation and facilitation.
• Assist training needs analysis and curriculum design where required.
• Support adoption and implementation linked to the new operating model.

Role Overview:

UAE public‑sector organisation that is activating a new operating model. The role will support the transformation and change programme around that activation, with responsibilities spanning a mix of PMO/governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, workshops, readiness and training support.
