Job summary

Foreground. in Dubai seeks an experienced Head of Strategy & Transformation to lead strategic planning, transformation programs, and execution governance across the group.

You will support the board and executive leadership, manage cross-functional initiatives, establish PMO discipline and decision frameworks, and serve as the bridge between strategy and delivery, engaging with senior stakeholders in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting.
• Experience with multi-business environments and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC markets preferred.
• Analytical strength, executive presence and change leadership capability.
• Experience building PMOs or transformation offices is a strong advantage.

The Role

The Head of Strategy & Transformation will lead strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and execution governance across the group. This role will support the board and executive leadership in defining long-term priorities and tracking delivery. A key responsibility will be managing cross-functional initiatives, performance dashboards, and transformation roadmaps. The role will also establish PMO discipline and decision frameworks. This position will act as a bridge between strategy and execution.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting. Strong exposure to multi-business environments and executive stakeholders is essential.
