Responsibilities

• Supply key training to Cleaning Operatives, Caretakers, Supervisors
• Lead the L&D function and assess staff training needs
• Plan and deliver courses in line with company standards
• Stay updated on required skills and credentials for staff
• Develop org-level training plans and manage delivery and follow-up
• Design courses to meet training needs or oversee external providers
• Select and manage external training bodies to meet requirements
• Organise training logistics to ensure delivery and attendance
• Schedule maintenance of tools and materials for training
