Job summary

The role requires leadership, English fluency, and the ability to work full-time with accommodation provided. You will schedule shifts, supervise laundry and room cleaning, coordinate with front desk and maintenance, and inspect rooms after service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.
• Proven experience as Housekeeping Supervisor in hospitality.
• Fluency in English; visa and full-time with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety measures, and customer service
• Supervise daily cleaning operations, including room cleaning, laundry services, and common area maintenance
• Ensure that all rooms are properly stocked with necessary amenities such as toiletries and linens
• Keep track of inventory for cleaning supplies and place orders when needed
• Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met
• Address any guest complaints or requests relating to housekeeping services
• Collaborate with other departments such as front desk and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Schedule shifts for housekeeping staff based on occupancy levels
• Conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and provide feedback for improvement
