SFORS in Dubai is seeking a Trading Operations Specialist to support traders, monitor systems, handle tickets, and contribute to knowledge base and process improvements.

The role features a rotating schedule in Dubai time with a mix of remote and office work, offering professional development and corporate housing during travels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations / Support roles.
• Experience in high-load environments with fast response.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Knowledge of Jira/Confluence and Atlassian tools.
• Understanding of incident management and customer support principles.
• Basic knowledge of trading and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Support traders in their daily operations and handle their requests

We are currently looking for a Trading Operations Specialist to strengthen our team.

This role includes fast response to requests, ticket handling, incident resolution, infrastructure monitoring, building and maintaining knowledge base documentation, and suggesting process improvements.

Working schedule — Dubai time

23/5 schedule with rotating shifts:

• Morning: 09:00-17:00 — remote
• Day: 12:00-20:00 — office
• Evening: 19:30-03:00 — remote

Shifts rotate according to the schedule and vary between daylight saving and standard time.

What you will do:

• Support traders in their daily operations and handle their requests
• Monitor system stability and respond quickly to issues
• Work with tickets and help resolve incidents

• Suggest improvements to make processes faster and more efficient

What will help you succeed:

• Experience in Operations / Support roles
• Experience in high-load environments (fast response, multitasking)
• English level B2 or higher
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
• Understanding of incident management and customer support principles
• Basic knowledge of trading and financial systems
• Strong communication, teamwork, and reasoning skills
