Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai seeks a proactive Operations/Support professional to assist traders with daily requests, monitor system stability, and manage incident tickets.

You will work with the development team to report bugs, maintain documentation, and suggest process improvements, while leveraging Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and basic knowledge of trading and financial systems, with housing support during trips.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations or Support roles.
• Experience in high-load environments requiring fast response and multitasking.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian tools.
• Understanding of incident management and customer support principles.
• Basic knowledge of trading and financial systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork and analytical skills.
