Job summary

Arootah is seeking an experienced Trade Support Analyst to join its back-office trading team in Dubai. You will manage the full trade lifecycle, from booking and settlement to problem resolution, and support traders with pre-trade checks.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 3+ years in asset management or hedge funds, with strong settlement knowledge, reconciliation experience, and attention to detail; familiarity with Dodd-Frank/EMIR reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years in asset management, hedge funds, or family offices.
Experience reconciling trade breaks.
Experience with multiple asset classes in high-volume settings.
Knowledge of settlement practices.
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide advice on trading needs, policies, and control measures.
Manage the full lifecycle of a trade from booking to settlement.
Assist traders with pre-trade checks including positions and cash balances.
Perform post-trade confirmations and allocations to brokers.
Coordinate with prime brokers, custodians, and administrators to resolve discrepancies.
Monitor FX matching, netting, and ensure timely settlement.
Assist onboarding of new counterparties, markets, or trading systems.
Support reporting under Dodd-Frank and EMIR to ensure regulatory compliance.
