Job summary

Standard Chartered in Dubai seeks a Manager, Trade Operations to lead end-to-end trade services, ensuring high-quality client service and compliance. You will own complex transactions, liaise with internal teams, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

The role demands deep knowledge of trade products and ICC rules, with a focus on risk mitigation and operational excellence in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of general operations experience in Trade Services.
• Strong understanding of ICC rules, local laws, and operational risks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end trade transactions and ensure timely resolution of queries and requests.
• Coordinate with trade processing teams to meet service levels and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and communicate updates on client transactions and incidents.
• Drive digitization, self-service adoption, and process improvements.
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all client interactions.
