Job summary

Standard Chartered in Dubai seeks an experienced CMPS dealer/trader to support pricing and execution across structured products, FX, fixed income, and equity derivatives. You will engage with front office to generate ideas, price trades, and ensure accurate execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with external banks, participate in end-to-end sales support, and help the front office meet financial targets while maintaining regulatory compliance across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking and wealth management products preferred.
• Prior experience as a dealer or trader.
• Strong communication skills and client-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in spreadsheets; VBA/macros are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide FX deal execution and day-to-day activities.
• Execute structured note deals.
• Provide high standard of client sales, advisory and after-sales service.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure governance and compliance with bank standards.
• Lead CMPS activities to optimize end-to-end trade processes.
