Job summary

Cemcoa Limited seeks a Trade Operations Analyst to support Local Business Development by managing commercial administration, coordinating trade transactions, and ensuring operational controls across the customer lifecycle.

You will prepare offers, maintain documentation, and align commercial terms with invoicing and ERP records, acting as the central link between Business Development, Finance, Bills, Operations, and customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commodity trading, shipping, logistics, commercial operations, trade finance, or sales support.
• Comfortable reading contracts and commercial agreements.
• Good understanding of invoicing, receivables, and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills.
• Able to deal confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer offers, quotations, and commercial proposals.
• Maintain quotation registers and monitor offer status.
• Coordinate customer onboarding documentation requirements and follow-ups.
• Support invoicing, reconciliations, and pipeline reporting.
• Maintain complete transaction files and ensure latest documentation.
• Review statements and investigate discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Ensure Oracle records reflect transaction activity and support month-end close.
