Job summary

Aventus in Abu Dhabi seeks a Total Rewards & Performance Specialist to design, implement and continuously improve performance management and reward frameworks. The role focuses on data-driven decisions, ensuring fair evaluations, competitive rewards and recognition aligned with strategic objectives.

You will work in a fast-paced government-oriented environment, collaborating with HR, Finance and leadership to deliver timely insights and robust governance over performance and compensation

Qualifications

• 8 years minimum in Rewards/Performance Management based role.
• Experience designing and implementing rewards frameworks, creating and monitoring KPIS.
• Preferred experience in consultancy or fast-paced multinational companies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end annual performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations).
• Support salary reviews, bonuses and non-monetary recognition initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards and analyses for HR leadership.
