Job summary

AI71 in Abu Dhabi is seeking a high-calibre Manager, Performance & Rewards to design, implement and continuously improve its performance management and total rewards frameworks. This commercially minded HR professional will work with data, systems and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment to ensure fair evaluations, competitive rewards and recognized contributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Performance & Rewards roles.
• Experience in consultancy or fast-paced tech/start-up environments.
• Experience designing and implementing rewards frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end annual performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews and year-end evaluations.
• Support design, implementation and administration of total rewards programs (salary reviews, bonuses, recognition).
• Perform data analysis and reporting on performance and compensation data for HR leadership.
• Contribute to frameworks, policies and governance for performance and rewards; support audits and approvals.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Talent Management and HRIS to align reporting and budgeting.
