VIP Brokerage in Abu Dhabi is seeking experienced Real Estate Sales, Leasing and off plan Consultants to convert qualified company-generated leads into leasing transactions across Abu Dhabi.

We value professionals who understand the Abu Dhabi Off Plan, Resales & rental market, and can manage landlords and tenants while closing leasing deals. VIP Brokerage provides premium inventory, CRM, marketing support and strong career progression with uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of real estate leasing experience.
• Proven record of closed leasing transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market.
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills.
• Excellent follow-up and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded.
• Valid Driving License and own car.
• English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified company-generated leads into successful sales or leasing transactions.
• Understand buyer / tenant requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Manage buyer / tenant and landlord relationships throughout the leasing process.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Negotiate sales / rental terms and close leasing transactions.
• Handle the sales / leasing process from enquiry through to signed agreement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and property owners.
• Follow up consistently and maintain an active sales / leasing pipeline.
• Maintain accurate client, property and transaction records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.
