AL MAMZAR REAL ESTATE BROKER is seeking a Real Estate Agent (Sales, Off plan, Private, Leasing) in Abu Dhabi. You will prospect and build client relationships, conduct property viewings, and push deals to close while delivering market analyses to clients.

Ideal candidates hold a valid UAE real estate broker license, have 1–2 years UAE sales experience, and are fluent in English and Arabic. Knowledge of valuation, trends, and negotiation strategies is a plus.

Qualificações

• Valid real estate broker license in the relevant Emirate.
• 1–2 years of proven UAE real estate sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of property valuation, market trends, and negotiation strategies.
• English and Arabic speaker (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and build new client relationships through proactive outreach networking and lead generation
• Conduct property viewings and present units effectively to drive interest and close deals
• Negotiate offers and manage end to end transactions ensuring smooth and favorable outcomes for clients
• Prepare and deliver market analyses advising clients on trends pricing and property valuations
