Job summary

Groupe Pharea in United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled Tooling Maintenance Technician to repair, maintain, and improve tooling equipment, including jigs, fixtures, moulds, and CNC tools. You will help ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

The role requires hands-on problem-solving, experience with tooling and machining, and the ability to read technical drawings. You will work under tight deadlines and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to keep tooling

Qualifications

• Strong experience in toolmaking; composite experience preferred.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Experience in production environments and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience with machining tools and equipment.
