Job summary

Acwa is seeking a Tool Keeper to manage onsite tool inventory and support outage execution with assigned tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy, 5S housekeeping, and safe handling of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities include inventory management, liaison with outage managers for replenishment, certifications and inspections, replenishment of containers and on-site equipment, documentation and ERP processing, and collaboration with operations and warehouse teams to maintain audit-ready records

Qualifications

High School is required.
2 years experience in onsite and warehouse tool-keeping management and tooling familiarity.
Communication skills (Reading and Writing) and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory and identify delta; initiate procurement.
liaise with outage managers for inventory replenishment and new requirements.
Interval reporting on loss or broken tools and tool users.
Ensure 5S and other housekeeping procedures are followed.
Maintain certifications for tools and equipment and coordinate servicing.
Validate inspection and certification records for all equipment and tools.
Maintain MOQ for containers and on-site equipment; support outages with replenishment.
Prepare documentation for audits and reports for management.
Adhere to health, safety, security and environmental procedures.
Utilize ERP to issue, store, and dispose of tools and equipment.
Follow policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions; assist in physical counts during audits.
