Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a District Executive to lead beauty retail performance across a defined district in Dubai, UAE on a 6-month contract. This field-based role (90% in market) focuses on developing Beauty Advisors and delivering exceptional store execution.

You will travel across the GCC, mentor teams, optimize visual merchandising and KPIs, and build strong retailer partnerships. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in retail sales, cosmetics, luxury retail or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing multiple retail locations and field teams.
• Ability to obtain visas easily and desire to travel frequently across the GCC.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Experience managing multi-brand retail environments is highly desirable.
• Strong visual merchandising and retail operations knowledge.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (essential).

This is a field‑based role (90% in market) where you will act as the eyes and ears of the business, ensuring exceptional execution across the GCC while leading and developing Beauty Advisors to deliver outstanding results.
