Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Dubai is seeking a District Executive to drive retail sales, lead Beauty Advisors, and ensure exceptional in-store execution across the GCC.

This field-based role requires strong leadership, multilingual communication, and a proactive approach to merchandising, launches, and market insights; frequent travel across the GCC is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in retail sales, cosmetics, luxury retail or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing multiple retail locations and field teams.
• Ability (to obtain visas easily) & desire to travel frequently across the GCC.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Experience managing multi-brand retail environments is highly desirable.
• Strong visual merchandising and retail operations knowledge.
• Fluent Arabic & English essential.

Are you passionate about retail, people leadership and driving sales performance in the beauty and luxury industry?

We are looking for a highly energetic and results-driven District Executive to join our team in Dubai.

This is a field-based role (90% in market) where you will act as the eyes and ears of the business, ensuring exceptional execution across the GCC while leading and developing Beauty Advisors to deliver outstanding results.

You Will:

• Drive retail sales performance across a defined district
