Job summary

Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced Nursing Leader to manage the Endoscopy team. The role focuses on patient-centric, evidence-based care, operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Nursing, 5+ years in Endoscopy, and 2+ years in a senior Team Lead/Charge Nurse role with ERCP experience. Strong leadership and governance skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised or accredited Nursing Institute.
• Minimum of 5 years’ nursing experience in Endoscopy.
• At least 2 years' senior nursing experience as a Team Lead/Charge Nurse in Endoscopy.
• ERCP experience desired.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• Demonstrate the ability to implement all five (5) stages of the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation)


• Relevant JCIA and other related governance and regulatory standards


• Application of the nursing scope of practices as per the regulatory framework


• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications


• Financial management principles


• Risk management principles, systems and best practice


• Stock control principles and management


• Verbal and written communication skills in English
