• 3–5 years in timekeeping with UAE construction contractors managing workforces exceeding 300+ operatives.

Responsibilities

• Biometric Attendance: Manage daily biometric fingerprint face recognition clocks and RFID card swipes for all direct labor and site staff.
• Muster Count Verification: Conduct physical morning site gate counts reconciling clock-in figures with foremen gang lists.
• Overtime Auditing: Record verify and cross-check pre-approved overtime authorizations against actual site security exit logs.
• Payroll Reconciliation: Compile verified monthly timesheet summaries and export attendance data into the corporate HR payroll system.

Education

High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree; 3+ years construction timekeeping experience.
