Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a on-site timekeeping specialist to manage biometric fingerprint and RFID attendance, verify site muster counts, and audit overtime for large UAE construction crews.

You will track labor against project cost codes, process leave and absences, verify subcontractor headcounts at gates, compile monthly timesheets, and coordinate camp transport to ensure accurate payroll data in the ERP system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree; 3+ years construction timekeeping experience.
• Experience with ERP attendance software, biometric hardware systems, and MS Excel.
• Required UAE / GCC construction experience; manage workforces over 300 operatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage biometric fingerprint and RFID attendance for direct labor and site staff.
• Conduct morning muster verification and reconcile clock-ins with foremen lists.
• Audit pre-approved overtime against actual site security logs.
• Track labor hours against project cost codes and WBS.
• Process sick leave, emergency leave, and unauthorized absences.
• Record daily subcontractor headcounts entering site gates.
• Compile monthly timesheets and export attendance data to payroll system.
• Coordinate camp transport schedules between worker accommodations and sites.
