Job summary

Futurelink HR Consultancy in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR administrator to oversee labor relations and administration for expatriate workers on construction projects.

The role requires 3–5 years of UAE labor management experience, strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and hands-on payroll and attendance management. You will report directly to the Office Manager and coordinate with project departments.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related disciplines preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in labor management for construction projects in the UAE, with hands‑on experience managing a multinational workforce of 150+ workers.
  • Familiar with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and labor management requirements within the construction industry.
  • Experienced in workforce attendance management, payroll processing, employee records administration, labor camp management, and employee relations.
  • Language requirement: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Nepali, Hindi, Urdu, or other relevant languages will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and various attendance management systems.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution skills, able to work independently and report directly to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the HR administration and labor relations management of all expatriate workers and employees on the project.
  • Handle workers’ onboarding, resignation, transfer, personnel file establishment, and data updating.
  • Manage attendance records, verify payroll data, and prepare monthly labor statistics and reports.
  • Maintain and manage labor-related documentation, including labor cards, visas, work permits, and insurance records.
  • Assist in handling wage disputes, employee grievances, and workforce disciplinary matters.
  • Organize worker induction programs, policy communication, and daily workforce engagement activities.
  • Coordinate manpower requirements and workforce allocation with various project departments.
  • Perform other administrative and management duties assigned by the Office Manager.
