Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking an enthusiastic Indoor Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, guide product choices, and close sales while ensuring an excellent showroom experience. You will understand customer needs, explain tile features, pricing, and benefits, and coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch.

This role requires 1–3 years in indoor sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a showroom. Diploma or graduate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required; hospitality or sales background preferred.
• 1–3 years in indoor sales, preferably tiles/building materials.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements (design, size, budget, application).
• Explain features, quality, pricing, and benefits of ceramic tiles.
• Show samples, catalogs, and help customers choose suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order dispatch.
• Maintain showroom display and product knowledge.
• Achieve monthly sales targets; handle customer queries and after-sales support.
