Job summary

Davani FZ LLC in Dubai is seeking a skilled TIG Welder for a full-time, on-site role. You will perform precision welding on stainless steel and aluminum, following technical drawings and work orders.

Daily tasks include setting up equipment, preparing materials, executing welds, inspecting finished work, and documenting tasks. You will collaborate with fabricators, supervisors, and quality control, uphold safety standards, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in TIG welding techniques, including experience with stainless steel and aluminum in fabrication or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions, with strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy.
• Solid understanding of welding safety standards, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and safe handling of tools and materials.
• Experience using welding and metalworking tools (e.g., grinders, cutters, clamps) and performing basic equipment maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to identify defects, and commitment to delivering high-quality, precise welds.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and team members in a workshop environment.
• Physical ability to perform workshop tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and working in varying positions.
• Relevant technical/vocational certification in welding or metal fabrication is preferred; prior experience as a TIG Welder or similar role is highly beneficial.
