Job summary

NextPartners in Dubai is seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will perform welding operations on steel and aluminum, read blueprints, and ensure quality and safety as part of the production process.

Ideal candidates have experience with MIG, TIG and stick welding, can set up equipment, and collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet project goals. This full-time role offers visa preference for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

We are in need of a skilled Welder to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for performing various types of welding operations on different materials, such as steel and aluminum, using various techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding methods and be able to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations on various materials using MIG, TIG, and stick welding methods
• Read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents to determine welding requirements
• Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings for each job
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures and wearing required protective gear
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Repair or modify existing metal structures as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding methods
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Familiarity with various types of welding equipment
• Good understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Salary

The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa.

This is a full-time position but part‑time options may also be available for students or those with other commitments.
