Royal TEch Aluminium and Steel Workshop LLC is seeking a skilled aluminum welder to join our fabrication team in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on TIG/MIG welding of aluminum components, surface preparation, and strict adherence to engineering drawings and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent vocational training in welding.
• Hold relevant certifications such as AWS D2 (Structural Welding Code - Aluminum) or equivalent.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience welding aluminum.
• Proven expertise in TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding processes on aluminum alloys.

Responsabilités

• Precisely weld aluminum components using TIG or MIG welding to meet specifications.
• Prepare aluminum surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and beveling for penetration and integrity.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures to execute tasks.
• Perform visual inspections and NDT on welds to identify defects and rectify.
