Job summary

ENGIE IMEA in Dubai seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager – Thermal Generation to lead technical development of large power projects and decarbonisation initiatives across AMEA. You will manage technical definitions, EPC/PPA interfaces, and engagement with engineering consultants and lenders.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 15+ years in project technical development.
• Experience in thermal power generation (CCGT preferred).
• Experience in bid preparation and contract negotiation (EPC, PPA, LTSA, LT PRA).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across BD, Legal, Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define project technical scope, select technologies, and analyze performance.
• Ensure safety, operability and maintainability in new plant designs.
• Manage studies from pre-feasibility to hand-over and assist in bid/tender specs.
