Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine.
• Solid understanding of HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Passion for menu planning and leadership.
• Punctual, team oriented and able to follow chef directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Support with appetizers, entrees, and proper food presentation.
• Follow hygiene, labeling, dating, and cleaning schedules; keep records.
• Assist with deliveries and stock control; maintain a clean work area.
• Train junior kitchen staff and support other departments as needed.
