With 2-3 years in a similar 5-star role, you will learn from our award-winning academy, work with a passionate team, and contribute to seasonal menus while maintaining impeccable hygiene and presentation in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for gastronomy and appreciation for fine, contemporary cuisine.
• Demonstrable experience in a luxury hotel, or other ultra-high-end culinary environment.
• Exceptional culinary skill, precision, and creativity, with the ability to deliver consistently outstanding results under pressure.
• A natural eye for detail, ensuring every dish is flawless in flavour, presentation, and timing.
• A collaborative spirit with strong communication skills, thriving in a team that values both tradition and innovation.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel.
• You will have 2-3 years extensive experience in a similar position at a 5-star establishment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality control and appropriate and timely food rotation.
• Prepare, cook and present food adhering to food safety standards.
• Coordinate with the Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine on menus, specials, shortages and seasonal developments.
• Be up to date with latest culinary trends, be creative and skilled in the art of cookery.
• Thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a high level of quality.
