Job summary

Adept Global is seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong Corporate Banking background to lead end-to-end testing across multiple banking projects. You will shape test strategy, governance, and automation initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders and delivering high-quality results.

Reqs include 12+ years in QA/QA Engineering, 3+ years in Test Manager roles, and hands-on exposure to Corporate Internet Banking, Corporate Payments, and H2H integrations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading QA and test governance across corporate banking projects.
• Strong automation strategy with measurable ROI in prior delivery.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver on time in AGILE environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple banking projects including Internet Banking and payments.
• Define test strategy, planning, metrics, and reporting for governance boards.
• Drive automation initiatives and ROI, with hands-on involvement in delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage risks/dependencies.
