Job summary

QualityKiosk Technologies in Dubai is seeking an experienced Test Lead to oversee testing activities onsite, ensuring quality and timely delivery for client projects. You will coordinate with client teams, manage both onsite and offshore testers, design test strategies, create execution plans, track milestones, and report testing progress and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience of 10–12 years in software testing.
• Overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery.
• Interaction with client teams on project risks and issue resolution.
• Report project status to Delivery or Program Manager.
• Ensure compliance with QualityKiosk processes.
• Consolidate and report metrics for project activities.
• Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing.
• Assign tasks to team members and manage workload.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Managing offshore team and monitoring work.
• Coordinate with users for inputs, reviews, and approvals.
