Qualifications

• Eight years+ in software testing with 4+ years leading large multi-system programmes.
• Proven ownership of system integration testing and UAT across integrated landscapes.
• Strong integration testing background including APIs and middleware.
• Experience in retail or consumer tech landscapes (POS, OMS, e-commerce).
• Experience managing testing delivered by SI or offshore vendors.
• Hands-on with a test management tool (QTest advantageous).
• Experience defining phase exit criteria and sign-off recommendations.
• Desirable: SAP alongside non-SAP integration experience.
• Middle East region experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own test strategy and plan across legacy and SAP integrations.
• Oversee daily test execution, blockers, and re-planning as needed.
• Govern defect lifecycle from triage to closure with partners.
• Produce governance reports with clear delay causes.
• Enforce entry/exit criteria and sign-off readiness per phase.
• Coordinate business testers through UAT onboarding and progress tracking.
• Interface with test tooling and end-to-end SAP/legacy flows.
