Job summary

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced Test Analyst / QA Engineer for our UAE operations. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in software testing, with mandatory Banking/Financial Services experience and strong stakeholder engagement. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Finance or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of Software Testing / Quality Assurance experience.

• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience in Wealth Management Treasury or Cards domain is highly preferred.

Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Wealth Management Treasury and/or Cards business processes.
• Good understanding of banking operations and system integrations.

Testing Skills

• Experience in Functional Testing SIT UAT and Regression Testing.
• Ability to review requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools (link removed).

Technical Aptitude

• Good understanding of application architecture and system interfaces.
• Ability to understand data flows and integrations between systems.
• Exposure to API testing and database validation is an advantage.

Stakeholder Management

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Experience facilitating requirement walkthroughs and supporting UAT activities.
